Hi, guys. So thanks to the internet, I have a wide range of neuroscientific literature at my fingertips. My problem is that I'm not quite sure how to navigate through these books in the best possible way to ensure my self-education in neuroscience goes the right way.Of course I should study an introductory textbook first, but how should I go from there? Can you outline which topics I should cover and in what sequence?

Hi Philovitist,The topics you cover after mastering an introductory Neuroscience text will depend on your particular interests or speciality. Do you know yet.which topic you would like to study in depth? If so, it might be a good idea to move onto primary research papers and reviews in prominent Neuroscience journals. If you are still unsure as to which area of Neuroscience you would like to focus on, you could see which topics most interst you when reading the introductory text, and then proceed from there onto related journals.Happy reading,Tridimity
