I have a big problem with my results. I do some research on a protein.
First, I quantified by real-time PCR the mRNA of this protein after a choc during different time and I found that the mRNA expression decreased after 10 min of choc and remains constant after this. However, results of protein expression (performed with western-blot) on same samples show a significant increase from 1 h.
I can't find an explication to this. Someone can help me ??? Thanx
