    Hi all,
This is my first post. Im farabi from indonesia. And Im interested on genetic programming.
My bachelor degree is accounting, but Im interested on Genetic and computer programming. On my daily life I was a programmer, so my job is programming a software, from a graphical software like game, to database programming.

I was interested on DNA programming since it has a similiarity with Computer programming. The only difference beetween computer and the DNA, is on the bit size. Where computer only know 1 and 0, DNA has a C U A G as the bit. I found some interesting clue about this programming, like the stop codon, and few example of a start codon. So basically if we search all the stop codon and then cut and paste it and the generate the DNA "binary" form and then let the helicase and other enzym assembled and syntetyze a new molecule we can know what code build what molecule.

It was amazing seeing a bactery had an amazing motor design, and it only based on a code written on a DNA, and then the DNA enzym built it.

I hope you can understand what Im saying, I really interested on this subject. If anyone tried the method I post above or using any other method and then you know how to create a molecule based on a codon and had the table for it, I hope you can share it with me.

    Thanks,
    Onan Farabi

Partially , you are right about if we consider the molecule and the codons ,we can understand the code or language of DNA to proteins.but it happend before and it was not easy as you wrote.because codon just shows the specific amino acid ,group of amino acids make the DNA ,but now scientists unlocked the code(codon)for each amino acid . remember number of protein that can be built by amino acids is indifinite.i suggest to find the chart of codon ,that is your interest in:Genetic code - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia but for expanding your knowledge read the CK12 BIOLOGY book in CK12.ORG -by the way if you like the programming and DNA research do me favor assign a binary code instead of each nucleotide and then make codons based on that(codons based on binary) .finally decode several protein based on binary code(you can find the nucleotide sequence for them) analyse the codes (if you did it just let me know the results).

Hi nima, thanks for the trouble and the time.
Sure, if I know about anything I'll let anyone know, it will enhance our knowledge about our body.
I'll start my research about this, thanks. But Im not sure I'll understand it, but please dont let me down, maybe I can found the way somehow ;D

I saw some video about enzyme that able to break milk molecule into sugar, on my opinion we can understand how it works if we understand about the physic law too, as we can see that the enzyme did not had any "cutter" or someting, it was just break the molecule by using the atomic force. Of course it was just my opinion, everybody know the well known fact that: I always wrong on every thing

first i should say the performance of enzymes is different to what you said they do not break the atoms but bonds between molecules -and it is alittle weird because milk molecule is casein a protein suger is glucose ,personally i do not know such a enzymes but i can say it is possible-start studing biology books

It was probably lactase, the enzyme which splits lactose (a disaccharide sugar) into its monosaccharide components, galactose and glucose.

DNA specifies how polypeptide sequences (strings of amino acids) are assembled by the ribosomes. Many enzymes are composed of multiple polypeptides, but lactase is composed of just one. The gene which encodes lactase is expressed in the small intestine. In most mammals, it is downregulated after weaning, but a recent mutation in humans causes the gene to be expressed (and thus, lactase to be created) into adulthood. Adults who don't have this mutation can't digest lactose, and are said to be lactose intolerant.
