    Hi everyone

Im trying to do a immunoprecipitation, and I have a doubt the concentration of protein that is obtained after to do the lysate of cells in each well of a plaque of 6 wells. Cause I need to know the amount of buffer lysis that is required

    thanks!

    Hi kitty,

You could carry out a BCA assay in order to determine the protein concentrations in each well.
