No, they don't. They react to stimuli, but they don't "feel" anything in an emotional sense, that requires a brain.

    "I almost went to bed

    the four white violets
    I put in the button-hole
    of your green sweater

and how i kissed you then
    and you kissed me
    shy as though I'd
    never been your lover "

It has nothing to do with brain we know organisms that does not have brain but they can sense .plants generally do not have any sense organs at least like us {neuron based to respond quickly}but they respond to their environment in *another ways {hormon ways }*-i should mention that there are organisms {plant} that seem they react to specific stimuli for instance if you touch their leaf it folds over itself or meateater that closes its so called mouth {it is leaf }when an isect enters it these things does not imply that they have sense but there are reports that talking{gardening} may increase the growth in plants which so far no experiment has done about this

Nima, please don't resurrect old threads. It makes it look like a new thread, confuses users and it's very unlikely that the original poster is still around. The last response to this thread was in June. Locking.
