Thread: Mouse Gut Microbe Sequencing

Hi guys, I'm currently conducting some research on the population of microbes present in the gut of mice to better understand their complex interactions. I was wondering if anyone knew of any research paper/article where they might have already sequenced all the microbes present in a specific mouse model. Thanks for any help you can offer!
