Hi! I've made a side observation that if I culture my mesenchymal stem cells in a certain way, I can get them to proliferate faster while maintaining stemness. At the same time, I also have another method of differentiating mesenchymal stem cells that is more effective. It works for both osteogenic and also adipogenic lineages.

I'm wondering if I should pursue these directions, possibly develop them into culture medium/method for others to use. I've set up a short survey to collect responses, it's only 10 questions long. Please just take a few minutes to participate, as it would really help me to see if there is any demand at all. Thanks!

    Just go to LINK DELETED.

    Many thanks in advance!

Bluetwinkle, welcome to the Science Forum. Your linked survey appears to be commercial in nature, which although not expressly against our posting guidelines, is probably against the spirit of our policy on advertising and is not something I am comfortable with either way. You're performing rudimentary market research. I'd have more patience for that sort of thing if you were a regular contributor to our community here, but as this is your first post I don't feel inclined to allow you to use our members as a sounding board for your business. I have deleted your link for the time being.

If you have some more general, non-commercial questions regarding MSC culture media and techniques, I'm sure that there are many users here (including myself) who would be more than happy to discuss them with you.
