I'm fairly new to the neuroscience scene but I've developed an intricate interest in the human eye. I've picked up a few books on the brain that seem to have a chapter or two dedicated to the subject. The only book I've found dedicated strictly to the eye was a book I stumbled on at an old book store labeled " Diseases Of The Eye " by Antonio Scarpa, written in 1801, which is actually very informative.
Anyway, I've basically been receiving my information off the net, i.e. wikipedia.
Is there anyone that can point me in a good direction in the realm of books?
Or possibly even some pdf documents or some other articles that could be helpful?
    I'd deeply appreciate it.

Try Netter F.H., Atlas of Human Anatomy, New Jersey: Icon Learning Systems Publishers. It has bueatifully detailed illustrations. I hope this helps.

Anything will do at this point, just trying to learn as much as I can on the subject.
Thank you very much for your reply.
