    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Good Day,I'm going to start cell culture work, for that I want to fumigate my lab, but thing is that I have one Co2 incubator in the same room. While doing fumigation shoul i switch off or keep it on the Co2 incubator. My method of fumigation is KMno4 + Formaldehyde. Please suggest me..

Seriously, follow the SOPs and also discuss/confirm with your Lab Manager and/or Lab Director about all ambiguities and concerns. It may require correcting/updating the SOP, which should be part of your lab's ongoing improvement methods (6σ, 5S, etc).
