What are the requirements for becoming a doctor? Is taking Chemistry necessary if I want to become a doctor? College Board suggests that I take up Physics and Mathematics as well. Do I really need to take up these as well?

depends on the nation you want to study medicine in.
How about the US or the UK?
That might be problematic if you don't have the nationality.
Not sure about where you live. But in my area, during high school we need math, physics, chem, calculus, and bio. Or are you in university?
Different schools have different requirements, most require a years worth of organic chem, inorganic chem, bio, physics, calc, english, among other things. Pretty much all require a bachelors degree to apply. All require the MCAT as well. Further, schools don't require it, but you should have extra curricular activities, leadership experience, clinical and non clinical volunteering, and doctor shadowing experience.
Even if you don't have to take physics or math, there is some physics on the MCAT I think
In the US you must take 2 years of Chemistry as well as a year of Physics. At most schools.
