Thread: Sources

Hello all,

I am looking for sources of information relating to:

i. the generation, breeding and maintenance of transgenic mouse colonies
ii. culture of primary cells
iii. thin-layer chromatography
iv. lipid and glucose uptake and usage studies
v. RT-PCR optimisation

I currently do not have access to a University Library, nor do I have access to peer-reviewed Journals (although hopefully this is going to change in the near future). So, my current strategy is to scour the internet, including Google Scholar.

Does anybody know of any particularly good sources of information on the above topics and, if so, would you please share them?

I would be immensely grateful for any help provided.
