    Would the use of stem cells or genetic manipulation be able to regenerate the gums and to create the growth of new teeth at say any age after the original teeth have been grown and removed? The same about gums also.

    Don't give me any 'impossible' or any reasons why it isn't 'possible' in the 'near future' either.

    If there are obstacles please note the most key technical challenges that need to be overcome to allow this regeneration to take place.

    yes indeed, though im not particularly sure about the gums, but the teeth can be generated. a group of Japanese biologists have extracted cells from an embryo of a mouse. Without further explanation, try and read this, though you might already have in advance;
