    I think that glogers rule works with humans , it works perfectly for africans and europeans. And all the others just havent been in their enviroment long enough.

    what do you think?

    Although it is described as a rule it is more in the nature of an observation. Gloger noted it in relation to the plumage of birds, so the mechanism has nothing to do with the mechanism in humans.
    As I understand it darker plumage is helpful in combating bacteria that would be more prevalent in hot, humid climates. In contrast human pigmentation is related to UV protection and vitamin D generation.
