Thread: Serotonin Transfer

Is there a way to chemically stimulate a gland that can transfer serotonin from the enterochromaffin cell directly into the brain? For example to treat depression? This is just a thought.

The usual method is to reduce the rate serotonin gets neutralized.


But this law applies to all living things including us: positive feedback leads to self-destruction.
