Red blood cells have a nucleus. Just not for the entire duration of their ontogeny in all species.
it's only the mature blood cells in mammals that don't - most other vertebrates have nucleated red blood cells
Other human cell types without a nucleus in their mature form include corneoctyes in the outer layers of the skin, fiber cells in the lens of the eye and thrombocytes (platelets) in the blood.
