    1. What is your name and Title?

My name is '*****', my title if Dr. (the fake kind).

    2. Could you briefly describe your job responsibilities?

I have to be at my place of work before 7:30 and then surf the internet, focusing on internet forums filled with people aspiring to be like me. Then I work without much interruption for 10 hours or so, while being constantly shat upon.
Then i go home and cry out of happiness.

    3. What is your educational and employment background?

I have never had a real job because I am overeducated.

    4. What made you consider this field of biological science?

A career in Art actually seemed to have even worse job prospects. Although in hindsight I do not know if this is actually true.

    5. What type of research or projects are you currently involved in?

I am currently involved in innovative research on the role of miRNAs in the regulation of stem cell homeostasis, applying the knowledge acquired on regeneration and biomaterials to advanced bioengineering projects, indispensable to whole organ replacement therapies. And of course, cancer.

    6. Which scientific skills do you value the most in your current field?

The resistance to backstabbing: armoured dorsal bony plates.

    7. How do you see your field changing within the next 5 years?

There will be an increase in assholes in the top positions which is directly correlated to disappointed PhD students. Although this is not a new trend.

Man can will nothing unless he has first understood that he must count on no one but himself; that he is alone, abandoned on earth in the midst of his infinite responsibilities, without help, with no other aim than the one he sets himself, with no other destiny than the one he forges for himself on this earth.
    ~Jean-Paul Sartre
