correct me if im wrong, but dont people feel sleepy because muscles controlling our eyelids get tired? and our eyelids get tired when we blink? so if we dont blink then we will not feel sleepy. right?

No, our eyelids close (and feel heavy) because we feel sleepy, not the other way around. It's a reaction to tiredness and impending sleep that protects our eyes from mild damage and dehydration while we are unconscious.
