    ... relationships and sexual attraction.

    The question:

Can we ultimately destroy sexual attraction (such as the symbiotic relationship between the genetic and the internal desire to find people a ''turn on'' so to say, if we masturbate too much?

Thanks, i know it's a weird question, but i've been wondering it a while, and i cannot decide.

People are capable of brainwashing themselves.

So yes. In some weird circumstances it is possible.

Similar to some people only being able to ejaculate into shoes.

So we tend to grow attachments to not only innanimate objects, but also those which seem to be hinting that we are, completely or near enough, more attracted to how we desire in our heads, rather than the proverbial bodies of skin-on-skin?

We can be sexually attracted to almost anything in theory. In practice I think it's something that needs to develop as our sexuality develops. And not everyone has the flexibility of sexual orientation... I think this might be more of a behavioural/psychology question really.

What exactly is "Masturbate too much" do you mean the frequency at which one may molest one's grandmother's, soft warm furry open toed luscious slippers or the amount of seminal fluid discharged at any particular sitting? - or whatever the female equivalent is...

No, to the point that we masturbate and then forget in (whether or not intended) sexual relationship we are in. In essence, no.... a quintessence of how we come to percieve sex is just happening ''up-stairs'' in the brain first, could subliminally take hold and prefer doing it yourself no?

Maturity, don't you mean? Is that not your point? With maturity we can either gain or lose attraction to other people?
