suppose a person is proclaimed as outlaw though he is innocent. he is put in prison. Later people know that this guy is innocent. how should the society repent? the society has destroyed the person.

Repentance to whom? The person they placed in prison? If that person in prison turns bitter there is no need for repentance because they person ion prison has balanced the yinyang by being bitter. If that person however does not become bitter then either by doing nice things for other people in future by actually weighing all kinds of evidence before sentencing someone will come in handy moreso. However if they who put him/her in prison do nothing to repent, something naturally will happen to them to balance it, either paranormally or by cause and effect.

Suppose a person is an outlaw and he is proclaimed innocent. He then commits another crime. Later, people know the guy was guilty. How should the society repent?

Dig a 6 foot hole, place said criminal in the hole. Use the taxpayer money that would pay for his prision stay if he were not dead, to increase investagative capabiltys so that another criminal does not go running free. You steal you lose a hand, rape= castration, murder= cheap match grade .45 APC and a hole of 6 feet. Exteme, abosolutly but imagine how fast crime rates would drop. Wouldn't have to worry about repeat offenders. JK would never want us to go that far.

Imagine how much money taxpayers would save if all the people on death row were actually killed. Instead of staying in prison cells I would hardly call punishment.

All a dead man needs is a hole in the ground.

Society could repent by actually carrying out the sentances they place upon the offender. None of this half of you time is cut off for good behavior. I mean I have heard of 2nd Degree murders who have gotten off in 25 years. I mean come on what the heck?

    Rant finished. Sorry.

I believe there is already a way to repnt. It's called the former prisoner sueing so they can live a life of luxury better than the majority of the population (if they are smart and invest it.)
