IQ may bot be the Gospel to all intelligence, but I think it would be a fun project to accumulate all the "Boost IQ by such and such" articles into one place. With our combined searching efforts, I would not be surprised if we find a way to go over 100% and over more than 90 extra points.

'Those who meditated showed an average gain in IQ of 23 percent.'

https://bebrainfit.com/increase-iq/ 'One huge study of one million students found that eating a diet free of preservatives and artificial dyes and flavorings resulted in an impressive 14% boost in IQ.'

https://www.tesh.com/articles/5-bene...enty-of-water/ 'Also, water makes you smarter. Your brain needs a lot of oxygen to function at optimal levels, so staying hydrated ensures that it's getting all it needs. In fact, drinking eight cups of water a day can improve your cognitive performance by 30 percent.'

I read in the news paper today about Chinese researchers discovering that 1mg of air pollution can undo over 1 months worth of education. Should we include deduction modifiers?

I researched this topic for a few minutes, long enough to ascertain that since I've experienced more of the things that decrease IQ then right now I should possess the IQ of an amoeba. Conversely, if I experienced only the things that result in positive IQ change then right now my brain should be in a jar on a shelf with electrodes attached.
All that belongs to human understanding, in this deep ignorance and obscurity, is to be skeptical, or at least cautious; and not to admit of any hypothesis, whatsoever; much less, of any which is supported by no appearance of probability...Hume
