ok, this is most likely a stupid question, but im going to ask it anyway.
is it true that if we were told that chocolate was good for us, and fruit was bad, would we want the fruit more then the chocolate?

depends on how bad it is. But possibly. However, most "fake" foods like those made in factories tend to be engineered for a persons taste. So I seriously doubt it.Originally Posted by Darthskywalker699

Cyanide is bad for you, how much would you like to try it?
I think it depends who tells you and how your peers behave, if they all smoke then you may see smoking as 'cool' or trendy or the 'in' thing and do it.
If the government tell you it's bad, then they have an ulterior motive (usually they don't have shares in that company...).
Or am I being a cynic...
I have to agree with you. It is a stupid question. . .
charles
some people do prefer fruit over chocolate. your suggesting the physiology of human nature, i think.
taste has more to do with smell, texture and the the healthiest taste sensor. thinks there are five in the human-sweet, sour, bitter etc. for reasons the least used is sweet and usually remains the healthiest.
arsenic is as cyanide, but try living without it....Originally Posted by Megabrain
