What are the differences between left and right-handed people, when we talking about psychology and neurology?

More specifically, from that Wikipedia page:
Left-handed individuals have a heterogeneous brain organization in which their brain hemisphere is either organized in the same way as right handers, the opposite way, or even such that both hemispheres are used for verbal processing.
So there is no strong correlation between brain organization and handedness.
