Many many people experience some forms of mental illness in their lives and it is also becoming more common to diagnose conditions such as bipolar disorder and attention deficit disorder, plus a whole range of other types of disorders, photosensitivity, dyspraxia, etc.... that if you were to go back even only a few decades were pretty unheard of. I guess you could say now though it seems reasonably common for people to be aware of experiencing problems with the brain, but I would think in most cases the distinguishing factor would be how any particular illness or condition may effect an individual person. For example in one person a condition might just mean that they do things in a different way, while perhaps in another person the same condition might be a real problem that actually stops them being able to do some things at all. Which means unless you are actually accessing everyone on an individual case by case basis it's very difficult to answer.

It sounds like you may have a touch of Attention deficiet disorder. Let me ask you a question. Do you enjoy cafinated beverages like coffee and tea? Do they make you more tense or do they help you calm down? Have you tried meditation? If so what type of meditation can you do most easily?

I daily drink tea two times but never notice a problem with it although it may made a little bad effect on my health.
I was average or below average in study & specially below average in hand work or mechanical work although I can do it.
Above all, I have biggest problem of facing social environment around me. I am highly shy and emotional alhtough with experice I decreased it a lot but yet a big problem.
I have inferior driving skill than almost all of my friends although I can drive. I faced Fear, stress, anxiety and depression in most of my life although there are good times but very less. I easily create feelings of inferiority complex. I use meditation and trying new different types of meditations and searching which are more useful.

Welcome to the human race. I suspect people who appear universally happy and content are simply too dumb to understand what is really going on. You clealry have been blessed with certain advantages. Many of the disadvantages you list can be overcome with time. Meditation will certainly do no harm. Also, just imagine a switch in your head with two positions - positive and negative. When you think you are about to enter a situation you normally are uncomfortable with imagine turning the switch to the positive setting. (You may need to reset it manually from time to time - the damn thing can spring back to negative if you are not careful.)

You smoke too much dope, and the thinking chemical in cannabis as opened up your receptors to reality, but you control your imagination with logic, that stops the insanity and phycosis...

If anything you're too self conscious but I need to tell you this one thing.... for the most part, no one gives a shit about self perception.
All that belongs to human understanding, in this deep ignorance and obscurity, is to be skeptical, or at least cautious; and not to admit of any hypothesis, whatsoever; much less, of any which is supported by no appearance of probability...Hume

    Hello Raj,

That's rather a thorough introspection you have shared with us and though you claim to be shy in nature, there are many who would be reluctant to share such an honest self appraisal, even presuming anonymity. There is nothing in particular in your over view that would immediately lead me to assume that you had any 'problem' except possibly a lack of life experience and self-confidence, the two of which often go hand-in-hand. Many people are uncomfortable in social situations, myself included, unless they relate to a specific interest or include people with whom one enjoys spending time. My husband is the same way and he is even less social than I am, lol, and only accompanies me on occasions where his presence is absolutely required as my significant other. Some functions I go to alone, and my family and friends quite accept that hubby just doesn't care to chit-chat, drink or nibble on snacks in group settings.

As for your concentration and physical skills, there is much to be gained through learning some meditation techniques and practicing specific skills in a comfortable setting. You could practice your driving skills at the times of day when traffic flow is lighter or even enroll in some driving classes where you could practice specific skills in a controlled environment.

Recognizing an area of concern is the first step in modifying it, and you have taken that first step quite well, in my opinion. You are certainly not alone in these challenges.
