If you were split two people, with the same thought processes And memories, would you be both of them, neither of them or one of them. If You were one of them, then which one. You cant see from 2 perspectives, you cant see through no perspectives either, so what would happen?

Well, I see it like this. I'd be one of the two, I'd be the one from which the other originated.... On the other hand, some form of collective intelligence or consciousness might appear.... o.O good question....

I voted for both perspectives (biologically), however legally I have no idea.

I can see many advantages to having two of me. Such as taking turns going to work and giving a new meaning to multitasking, having access to an instant compatible organ donor. I can also list a few disadvantages but won't.

I will also mention that as more time passes from the time of the split each of you will become more individual and less alike at least mentally and to some extent physically and the possibility of legal complications start multiplying.

If I were duplicated, both of me would think they were always me, as both would have the same memories and experiences of having been me.

I doubt this is ever going to happen, but I think for this reason we should legally count as the same person prior, and different people afterwords. If I committed a crime before duplication, I think both copies should suffer the punishment.
I have no idea what would actually happen (I haven't studied law at all), and there is little point to looking into this further due to the impossibility of this happening anywhere in our near future.
