I found this to be very interesting.
Despite the probability that the spiritual topics in this will likely be criticized, it is an interesting way of explaining the ego and subconscious as it relates to Jungian psychology. I'm interested in hearing thoughts from those in this community.

Sorry to hear that you have a short attention span. You state that you did not understand any of the video, yet only saw 30 seconds of it. It seems more accurate then to say that you did not understand the first 30 seconds of it. You may understand something or everything after that point which you stopped, but you won't know it until you watch it.

I saw five minutes and it seems like a lot of nonsense.

I'm confused as to how you can refer to the concept of the human ego as nonsense. I was under the impression it was a well-accepted part of psychology.

I have no reason for posting this other than to try and spread peace. Please have an open mind; close-minded scientists will never know and believe the truth, unless it is what they wish is true. Allow suggestibility and believe everything in the moment, so that you can effectively reflect on it with impartial reasoning and contrast it with what you know. If you are confident in your current beliefs, then you should be confident that you will come to the same conclusion in the end. Man is imperfect. The greatest scientists in history have almost always had a sense of divinity.

I see a great deal of importance in this video for educating people about their inner selves. When people say that such ideas are nonsense, it is like telling me that the sky is not blue. There is really no proof that it is blue, or colored at all, but personal experience allows to know without question that it is indeed blue. The same goes for this: through personal experience I know for a fact that the human ego is the source of our greatest mistakes as it justifies all of our actions including those that are immoral, and the awakening of the subconscious is the most important experience any individual can have as it 'enlightens' the ego, and allows the ego to be observed separately. As Carl Jung said, “Enlightenment is not imagining figures of light but making the darkness conscious.”

Also, though you have free speech, I encourage you not to flame this video. If you are confident in your belief, let others decide for themselves and you will find out if your confidence is justified or a product of your ego's false justification.
