I am tired of seeing to many gums stuck around everywhere, sometime, when taking lesson, I had my hands touch the gums. Me feeling think there are several rules need to change in US.

I appreciate beating kids if they are naughty. I am tired of those white kids who keep yelling and sillying in the public. If their parents know how to beat them, I am sure those kids will be disciplined.

Forbiddening chewing and spitting gum in the public. If someone caught someone chewing and spitting around, arrest that person and fine for the laws.

And US should apply some laws of Singapore and Taiwan's to here. Although I am not a Chinese a Taiwanese, I think like communism. But that's good. Being communism with autocratical ( not too much restrictions) will make the world peaceful...

Otherwise, if it doesn't work, send kids to military camp to get some bitterness.

Come now ps2, surely you are not going far enough? Make spitting and gum chewing a capital offence, execution to take place on the spot. Position snipers at intersections and shoot jaywalkers. Hang anybody found shoplifting.
Not only will this approach reduce crime siginficantly, but will contribute to a lowering of the world population with its concomittant pollution and waste of resources.
I applaud your forward thinking in this matter. Well done.

I actually agree with p2h about the gum. That kind of scares me ...

But I really don't want to see anyone's bodily fluid or waste products on the public sidewalks.
Why do they want us to believe Conspiracy Theories?

So tell me, how are laws in Taiwan concerning spitting in public and other such horrible misbehaviour? Are there really tough laws against that?

I allways have to laugh about the Singaporeans. Well not when they hang people, but for example when they fine someone for not flushing the toilet

They don't call me Gullible for nothing. Nor, just because I'm swift off the mark.
