I was wondering if I could get some advice from someone who knows alot about psychology. I recently took the WAIS tests and found out I have a significant strength in perceptual organization. I found out perceptual organization is "the ability to organizing raw sensory stimuli into meaningful experiences". I was wondering what skills would be assosiated with this? What carrers would someone with this strength be more inclined to be good at?

    Management? Directing and motivating people.

Caveat: I am no psychology expert.

Am no expert either; From what you describe, I would think the test show an ability to easily perceive what could happen from action, rather than the opposite, acting on impulse. Most folks act on impulse. Fire fighters, cops (law enforcement), the military and any field where clear fast calculations are required for action, would be LOOKING for you IMO...

Management is more a learned ability (quality), possibly a nurtured trait followed by education. Decisions based neither on speed or impulse, but a learned process.

I think this describes the good managers, but not the great managers: the trendsetters, the visionaries.
