I am wondering, what if every bit of matter and every particle is confined to one point in space-time? This would mean the particle is "staying still" on the fabric of space-time, but that space-time is what is expanding and moving causing the piece of matter and particles to appear to be moving? Kind of like wadding up a fabric with many different designs, the designs appear to change and move as you change the way the fabric is wadded-up!

Isn't that exactly what expansion is? Particles do not move through space, they move with space.

The truth is difficult to obtain.
    They conceal it in books.

Correct me if I am wrong but you seem to be asking if the initial energy of the "big bang" is all that there is. E = mc^2.
