Thread: Redshift Quantization

I was hoping you guys could explain to me what this is. I know what redshift is, but what's redshift quantization?

This is me just theorising, but I'm guessing explaining red shift using the Quantum mechanical explanation as opposed to waves, so perhaps it explains the phenomena in terms of photons-with this being scaled down to a really small number in everything about it.

I think I recall "photon decay" being mentioned. But I really have no idea
