According to the equation of relativity for a macroscopic object to go at the speed of light it needs infinite energy (E = mc ^ 2 / root (1-v ^ 2 / c ^ 2) with E the energy and c the speed of light and v the speed of the object, if v = c we have E tends to infinity).

However, this answer is purely mathematical or infinity exists, but in physics infinity does not exist and any magnitude experiences saturation.

Mathematics does not manage time, and a number does not exist in reality nor infinity which is a sum of numbers for example 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 .. = infinity.

In physics manages time and any system has a lifetime and finite energy for example 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 .. = - 1/12 physically, and this equality is verified with experimental physics with the casimir effect and mathematically refute.

Infinity does not exist anywhere in our universe everything has a finite life and energy even our whole universe.

What if it's just a matter of energy and the energy of the beginning of the universe has all just hit a physical threshold where it goes faster than the speed of light.

Even the theories of quantum gravity predict a variation of the speed of light according to the energy level and also other theories alternative to the theory of inflation.

And, following your argument that comes after this, infinite energy doesn't exist.
Thus we have: no chance of infinite energy = no chance of an object with mass achieving c.

Nope.
Mathematics is not physics.
And the 1/12 is a special case.

With a finite amount of energy, we can turn this object into light to go at the speed of light, or create the conditions of the universe's past during inflation to go at the speed of light or more.

Once again: go back and actually read what happened during that inflation. Objects did NOT move at, or faster than, light speed.

Yes I know that in this phase of inflation we assume rather that space-time has inflated according to the standard model. However, the theory of inflation which assumes this is not certain and there are other alternative theories to the theory of inflation which rather assumes a variation in the speed of light to explain this first phase of the universe. And even the best theory that exists in theory, Loop Quantum Gravity Theory assumes that the speed of light can vary with energy level.
