One more of the stupid questions, Can black hole increase the speed of light? When it can bend a nearby light beam toward itself can't it increase its speed?

Or think like this, will a ray of light traveling perpendicular to the core of black hole, experience increase in speed? As it is made of photons i.e. Energy and we know E=MC2. So anything that has mass and is under constant gravity will see increase in speed if it is moving perpendicularly toward the source of gravitational pull, Isn't it?

    Thanks!

Can black hole increase the speed of light?
The short answer is no. The local speed of light is always exactly c, and never changes.
