Well this is the question:

A body is 22.5 ° western height being 20 hours 45 minutes. What time is hiding?

The question looks like a bunch of words strung together. I have no idea what you are asking.

Could you be asking something like this?
"A celestial body is 22.5 degrees above the western horizon. If the current time is 20:45, at what time does the celestial body disappear below the horizon?"
