actually ants have any height and us have any height lets say ant is 1 centimeter and we are meter and some most of us but maybe the ant is 1 micrometer and we are 1 centimeter because eveyrthing is relaitvely maybe we 1 centimeter and ant is 1micrometer but we gave these heights name meter and centimeter and so so actually we cant know our height and the universe size enjoy it its almost proofed if u understand that

This is why it is best to use ratios, i.e. relative differences in size.

For instance, the expansion of the universe is actually measured using a change in scale factor.

It's all relative. This is true for time and distance and indeed angle and as speedfreak has already said we use a ratio against other objects which is the fundamental causality behind Relativity and indeed Quantum Theory; that you just can't know both for sure.
