1. It states that if you got faster than the speed of light you'll jump to another demention. Well, no one really tried it though. I wonder what the other worlds could be like??( The idea of little green men just doesnt sound rite to me.) Any ideas?? I have no idea why I am bringing this topic up, but sometimes its just fun to brainstorms.

3. I would suspect matter becomes irrelevant. Humans are so stuck on the concept that everything has to have mass and conform to our known laws of physics...how boring.

Think of something you can't hear, feel, touch or see. Radiation

Naa, that can be felt, or seen if at the right wavelengths. Perhaps we have matter surrounding us now that is invisible to us? Life is fascinating, but when I die and wake up the answers should be even more interesting. I just don't buy reality, no matter how real it appears. It's a prison for the mind, the mind is in turn a prison for our true conscious self.

Nobody can prove much of anything beyond a shadow of doubt, even if they did it could be wisped away with another theory.

I can go anywhere in my mind, my dreams allow me to visit any type of existence. Yes I have to gift of lucid dreams. There is nothing I can't visualize. In a meditation state I can hold the visions solid with crystal clarity, the definition and resolution blows my mind at times. I guess that's why technology doesn't impress me.

4. kiwi, you CAN'T travel faster than light, this is one of the pillars of the theory of relativity, get used to this idea

5. I tend to disagree with relativity on this somewhat.

Here is my example:
Take a laser pointer and point it at one edge of the sun. Now quickly streak it accross. Let's say you streaked it accross slowly (to err on the slow side rather than fast). It took you 1 second to streak it accross the diameter of the sun.
Since speed equals distance over time (1,390,000km/1sec) your laser just achieved a speed of 1,390,000 km/second. This speed is roughly 4.5 times the speed of light.

Now, if we can ever travel faster than the speed of light is a different story, but the speed seems able to be broken.

6. You can and you can't travel faster than light. If you travel faster than light you will jump to another space. So in theory you can go faster than light, but then you wont be in our space anymore.
