Major galaxies all rotate around Black holes. Thinking about this then allows me to think that while we rotate around the sun, the sun rotates around the black hole, which leads me to think that maybe the universe is not expanding, but instead we are only rotating to a farther part of space on a newer side of the Milky Way (which would explain why some stars would be getting redder). Just some food for thought.

If that were the case would we not expect to see a blue shift from the stars and galxies we were rotating towards? (The answer, by the way, is 'yes'. And since we do not see such a shift this seems to disprove your 'theory'.)

It is the light from distant galaxies that is red shifted, not so much the stars in our own galaxy.

In addition, the stars do not orbit around the black hole, but rather the stars and the black hole orbit around the center of mass of the galaxy.

In reality the center of mass of a galaxy is most likely inside the central black hole.

It might be, or not. The barycenter of the solar system is often outside of the sun. And there's much more than the puny 4 million solar masses of mass in the galaxy, so you can't just assume that.
