The faster you move, the slower time moves for you

therefore it's logical the two are linked

As far as I know, they are proportional, therefore, Lightspeed isn't a constant. Movement through the 3rd and 4th dimensions combined are a constant, as one decreases the other increases

    So..

is there a limit on movement through time? Supposing I stop all motion, so that I am moving absolutely nowhere, at 0 meters per second, I should be moving as fast as possible through time

By reverse, should we move at lightspeed (yes go on Rocket, we know you want too) would Movement though time reach 0?

Also by Default do tachyons (ftl particles) move backwards in time? if so, where did they originate? and will they stop at the big bang, and creation of time? or pass back through it into whatever sense of time existed prior to TBB

It's not how many questions you ask, but the answers you get - Booms

This is the Acadamy of Science! we don't need to 'prove' anything!

All motion is relative, so saying you are moving at 0 velocity has no meaning in an absolute sense.

Tachyons are hypothetical - there is no evidence they exist.

lightspeed has been proven that it can be changed by sending light through a cloud of atoms they have been able to slow down the speed of light to 30 miles per hour.
Once a door is opened it never truly closes
Once a door is closed new ones are open
Two concepts forever intwined it is you decision to make them for the better or the worse.

Being invisble lets you run away from pain
Being visible gives you irraplacable experiences.

No. This is impossible. However, what can happen is that photons get absorbed by the atoms and are then re-emitted. This takes time. Furthermore, scattered and re-emitted photons normally have a different direction than before, which also leads to a delay until photons reach the other side. So, what you measure is not the speed of light, but the time it takes to propagate light through a cloud. The photons you measure on the other side are not the same as at the beginning.

Light travels at different speeds through different media. It is possible for particles to travel faster than light in a particular medium. When that happens a 'bow wave' radiation pattern is emitted similar to a sonic boom, and is called Cerenkov radiation after the Russian who first observed it.
The limiting speed is 'c', the speed of light in a vacuum.
