Thread: strange circle around moon today with moon as centre

12/10/2008 11:15 i saw the moon as a center of a sharp semi circle (ring)of some dense matter may be clouds.

11:30 the semi circular ring soon became a complete circle with the moon at center may be exact center.the circle was sharp without any spur or deformations and looked more like a ring of cloud.

can some one plz explain me this phenomenon.i have even clicked some pics of the moon and the ring.

12:30 the ring vanished..
