I think a great analogy is an artful form of expression. There's a fair amount of websites posting them. I just picked the following site right out of the blue. A list of 25 funny analogies for which my warped sense of humour leaned towards #'s 7, 13 & 17. Of course there are many not so funny and definitely serious examples out there. If you know of any, funny or otherwise, or have those of your own and would like to share, then be my guest.

As bad as someone on a science forum who doesn't know science but thinks they do and argues with a professor of biology about the origins of life using poor English and sentences.

I found it all amusing, sometimes to the degree of a train wreck where locomotives have relocated their parts into a spew across the landscape. I found 13 to be a nut kicker, like when a squirrel is running too fast and kicks a nut.
I was some of the mud that got to sit up and look around.
    Lucky me. Lucky mud.

A couple I just made up...

A guy was walking with head down looking at his cell phone when he ran into a metal streetlight pole, knocking himself out. Later after coming to, he was asked how it felt.. He said. 'it was like hitting Mike Tyson in the fist with his face'.

Personally I don't like Joe Biden. I trust him as much as I trust North Korean Dictators.
