I have a serious problem.
I hear people talking all the time about the length of their penises and the like, but i have never been able to tell whether or not they were talking about an erected penis or not. it annoys the crap out of me.

There are 4 measurements for the penis:
1: The flaccid length (which is when it is not erect). This can vary greatly with temperature. An accuarte measurement has to be done in the right temperature conditions.
2: The flaccid girth (the circumference). Same again.
3: The erect legnth. Which again varies on temperature, how relaxed you are, stressed etc.
4: The erect girth. Same again.
When someone says that they have a 5 or 6 or 7 inch penis, they mean erect length. The average, at least in the UK for fuly grown adults is 6" inches. And you don't stop growing until your 23. If it helps, when I was your age mine was about 3.5 inches when erect. So its grown 2.5 inches in 7 years  .
Funny thing is, for the average penis length guy, they get an increase in percentage length far greater than someone with a 8 or 9 inch penis. Men with that length have a problem keeping it fully erect and also that the length of the erect is not far off the flaccid.
When you get older and if you want it bigger, only do this when your older, you can stretch your soldier in all directions with your hands (when it is erect), for a number of weeks, and it actually gains an inch.
So there you go, that means theres nothing to be concerned about.
If someone had a penis length of 5-6 inches flacid. Then erect would be about 7-8 inches. Hope I've been of help  .

To be exact, the vagina's maximum capacity to the cervix is as you say 8" (on average), but it has to adjust to that and can capacitate the average length immediatley, it will take time for it to widen. Besides the vagina adjusts itself to the penis or object that is being placed within it. Just as penis length can vary with temperature and/or sexual excitement.
