Ok a guy posted this on another forum but it didn't get much attention because they aren't exactly keen on intelligent discussion, so i will bring it here. This is a very interesting thing and if anyone can explain why something like this would happen that would be great. Any other discussion about this thing is welcome.

I think there was some discussion of this, a couple of months ago now. Perhaps one of the threads in this one, or in biology.
