Hi,
In the last few days, i have seen the term "The great debate" being discussed in a few different magazines. I don't really get what the great debate really is and so on so if any of you know what it really is and means, please fill me in! I must have missed it in school or something!

could you point us to the magazines, otherwise i'm rather lost as to which "great debate" you're referring to

I think it may have had something to do with the recent concern about the US housing market.
