fire the CF4 in and alos under the shortage of the H2, then we no longer get only CH4 and Hf but also CF2
But how to deduce the structure of CF2 , and what's the structure of it?

I think you mean C2F+, the ionized form of C2F2 that has lost an F- ion. Is this what you are talking about? Give more details. Give a source.
