This site evidently has a "sticky" capability. How about a "sticky" for each sub-forum?
For example (and no, I am not self-promoting) I have couple of posts telling members how to format in the absence of Latex.
I am sure other "stickies", at the head of the relevant sub-forum, would be helpful.
Admin, any thoughts? |

I'm in agreement. If anyone has a relevant thread that they feel should be made a sticky, send me the link via PM and I'll take care of it.
Of course, we don't want the forums to fill up with sticky threads, but one or two relevant threads, particularly those that link to good posts within the forum; general instructions or tips; informational threads within the forum's genre; etc. are good ideas. _________________ A Hot Cup of Joe - My Blog |
