I grew up in Europe, Ukraine (at that time USSR) and often visited uncivilized villages and mountain towns where people didn't know shit about nutrition. Some were very poor and literally... had nothing to eat but rice and beans. Amazingly, amidst those nutrient deprived communities, were elders over 100. After studying nutrition and realizing how vital it is for human survival, I couldn't help but wonder how the hell those village folks lived that long. Well it turns out that those who were honeybreeders had to sell most of their honey to survive, or exchange for other food, and instead they ate the residue--bee pollen.

you mean, lack of telomerase. normal somatic cells do not express it, therefore telomeres continue to shorten until the chromosome no longer functions, rather than having telomerase synthesize more telomere sequences.

There is no 'cure' for aging, except death. Aging is a natural process of all life and not a disease or symptom.
