Hey
I'm researching whether nuclear power could be our main future energy source. For one of my topics I need to know how you, the people, think about nuclear power. Would you please react to my poll?
Thanks in advance,
Rosanne |

You can't double post in two different sections, they will be deleted.
Unless you create a highly provocative and controversial post that attracts over 200 views, you will likely get no more than a few votes if any. _________________ Forget all that you know, achievements can only be accomplished by starting from nothing and selectively applying facts that are purely objective and absolutely necessary. |

I guess I'll repeat what I said in the other thread then. It all depends on how it is generated and how the waste is disposed of.
I do think it is ethical if you use a safe reactor design and eliminate the waste with fuel reprocessing/neutron incineration. I don't think it's ethical if you use an unsafe design and just dump the waste in the ground. So how am I supposed to vote? You didn't specify. |

Well, while answering you may think about what plants are used nowadays. You do not have to consider plants of the old days. My question is not about one plant, but about how all plants are used globally. So, in general, do you think that nuclear power i sethically right?
But I see what you all mean, and I'll put the answers differently. But you know, anwers like yes and no are easier for me to process in my research as it has to be finished in two weeks. |
