Hello guys,

here`s the deal...
I`ve been smoking nargila already for some time now cos I really enjoy the practice xD
but one question has been bugging me from the very beginning... which is worse, hookah or cigarettes?
ive been told that hookah is worse because you end up smoking much more smoke then cigarettes and that water+smoke makes quite a combination which makes the smoke stick to your lungs with greater success or something...

aww and also i`d like to know what can i do to make my nargila smoking more "healthy"??

thanks in advance,
tony xD

Depends on what exactly you are putting in it to inhale!

Tobacco? Hashish? Opium? Or other substances???

Then i suggest you stop smoking altogether!

It's probable that the smoke cools down from the water and through the pipes and therefore you can take more into your lungs.

I don't know about whether it makes it stick to your lungs more.

Perhaps you should just stop and then you will know for sure tar isn't sticking to your lungs?

I recently stopped smoking.

Its not as difficult as you might think

I don't know what you can do to make smoking "more healthy", besides keeping physically active and especially giving your lungs a good workout.

Considering how long humans lived in cramped little dwellings heated and lit by poorly vented fire, I find it funny that people talk of second hand smoke at a bus stop as life-threatening.

Nay, nay!
You must of misunderstood me.
I`m not addicted to smoking, and can "quit" at any momment.
I have a question for you guys... did you ever smoke a nargila with some kwel lets say peach/mint tobacco with a pro made "head" (i dunno how its called in english but the tobacco part is called a head in hebrew, 'rosh')
I mean, it just too damn relaxing.
If I dont smoke a long time me hookah I start to miss it, thats all.

Btw, once a week/2weeks aint that bad, right?

From my expertise at nargilas I come up with the folowing health enchancing things that you can do while smoking nargila:
Use a citrus tree or a lemon tree charcoal, it is a pain in the ass to get lighted but much more gr8ter taste, cleanness and healthy xD
Use high quality tobacco.
Clean your nargila at least once/3-5 uses.
Dont smoke alot?

...well, thats all the very few things that i have so far...
anyone maybe can add?

Drugs, any drugs are bad for you. But you just can't stop them I understand that.

Here's my advice to you:

Cut out 1 dosage every fortnight. You'll cut the habit eventually.

Hear me! hear meee!!!
I'm not addicted, hell I guess I didnt smoke about 1 months now cos
training to army, and aint feeling any "urgy" to smoke nargilla...

It's like playing a game, if you really like that game then as the time
passes you'll start to miss that game - it's not an addiction my mates!
and even though you know that this game will hurt ya, you are willing
to sacrifice a bit from your health to have fun.
After all... life without fun is no life, right? Rolling Eyes

Besides, just walking outside for a few dozen of minutes/day in a big city you inhale
toxins of about 5(+/-) cigarretes worth if im not wrong.. so health-wize;
it doesnt hurt ya so much if you are not a regular smoker... Confused
