Hello folks,
This has taken me a couple days to come to grips with, but it's taken me a lifetime to realise. I think I have a model for the entire universe and existence. If you're willing to give me the chance, then I think I can describe it clearly and simply to not just you, but to everyone in humankind.
First, I'd like to mention that I've started a blog to keep track of this idea as it matures. Granted, it's only a day old, but it's only been a day since I came to this realization, and in my opinion it is so significant that I'm spending all my spare time to discuss this revelation. Understand, I don't seek to convert; I seek the truth, and others who do too. If you understand my idea, then you'll understand the truth.
Vibrationism; vibrationism dot blogspot dot com (to avoid URL filters, I understand why).
To embrace my idea, and really appreciate it. You need to think in terms of vibrations. Not just in one, or two, or three, dimensions, but across infinity. A piano string is matter vibrating across space and time. It has an influx of energy, and through time it is dissipated into other kinds of energy. But the energy is never lost, always changed. Humanity's limit has been the belief that there are a finite number of changes, or that changes don't occur at all. This is a fundamental tenement of my idea, and if you want to read more, please visit my blog.
Let this post remain as a point for questions and answers. In the spirit of my idea, I won't force my idea upon you; rather, you have the idea, let me help you massage it into understanding.
Please, read my blog - there's far too much material to duplicate here. But when reading my blog, you must read the posts in order, from oldest to youngest. Can you understand why the sky is blue without understanding (the vibration of) particle physics? Can you understand why 1+1=2 without understanding (the vibration of) math? Start asking those questions, and you'll find you already have the answer. Let my idea help you find that answer.
Please, ask away, but be ever mindful that the real question is why - the what is already observable, it only needs the context of why to get another what that leads to yet another why. If you ask me what, I will always frame it as a why. It's the only way we can all grow. |

I have even thought myself after very basic research into frequencies and vibrations and come to the conclusion they seem to have a large significance behind things and events.
I am no trained scientist or phycisist. It just boiled to some common sense based on scientific experiments and evidence so far.
So i should think this theory is being tested and contemplated already by numerous scientists.
The trouble is you speculate alot about the moon flying off and such, and then you go to say that you had this revelation last night.
Well for goodness sake calm down and sit on it for a bit, turn it over but most importantly do lots of research.
And then write a book about it?

Keep your major theories to yourself and work at them for years and years working through everything. Give mathematical reasoning and calculations, equations etc before giving them out to the mass. Some may steal your ideas. I too have a very complex theory(ies) that started one night, that I've spent nearly 2 years on now. But I'm going through everything and wouldn't dream telling anyone else. Make it bullet proof. Your idea is similar to mine and if it comes to ToE, or UFT (unified field theory) then it can't be too dissimilar. If I were still religous I'd say God is up to something. The second I get the idea and theory BOOM science all of a sudden becomes my fascination. But now I don't believe in God.
Anyways keep at it and who knows one day yours and my theories will collide in the future. Glad to meet you  .

It's a shame that ideas have to be kept secret in case somebody 'steals' them, or worse still from the fear your reputation becomes discredited because the science community might laugh at you!
Many scientists have had their theories laughed at and careers ruined only to have their discoveries taken seriously years later when they're not around to apologise to.
In an ideal world knowledge should be shared and worked out collectively.
Alas whilst we still have high competition for prizes and awards and valuable money for research earmarked for corporations, defense and greedy pharmaceuticals or those who are clever and stealing ideas and copyright them with patents or by writing books about it.
Knowledge will always be cloistered in a vault of secrecy
A solution or revelation could have been contributed to by a variety of sources as you've progressed towards it.
Sources where people have put in time, hard work and research.
Many put in the pot but don't get credit or any recognition. |

All I have to do is patent some ideas, but before I do that I need to make sure my theory is viable and testable. It must be flawless. Just look at how long Einstein spent on General Relativity to make is smooth. But I completley agree with you Minxy.

Not because of this thread in particular. Something odd was going on the few days before he died as evidenced by his blog. It's been sooo hard on his family. |

From what i read on his blog and the wording in the thread,
I think this young man was desperate for communication. I get the feeling he felt very alone in this world.
That's the most upsetting thing that someone can feel so desperately alone and isolated in a world so full of people.
Why is it so difficult for us people to ask for help or just tell others we are feeling frightened and alone? Instead we put a face on and hide pretending everythings ok and we're coping just like everyone else is. Yet how many other people are also feeling like this inside?
Suicide must be the worst thing a family has to cope with, because they face the reality that a loved one felt so deeply unhappy and then must feel devastated that they didn't help.
But then how can you help when you don't fully know what's going on inside or how a person is really feeling?
