It is interesting but I do not see the force that is making the Earth expand.

the video isnt proof, it is just a guys theiry that he is stating as fact, he actualy had very little evidence.
allso when he claims that all scientists are in a 'conspiracy' against us, and they know what he says is fact but refuse to tell us, it proves he is paranoid and will beleave his theiries without evidence.

Yes it is an interesting theory and shouldn't be pooh poohed
until the evidence is shown that says it isn't expanding!
Why shouldn't it expand?

Seems ridiculous, but it still got me thinking. (But I'm not very certain of what the Earth was like when it just started.)
What if once, long ago, the Earth was just a giant land mass, yet with no valleys or anything. Then the water came and buried absolutely everything. After that, a long time after aquatic life began to appear, somehow the Earth began to grow bigger (lets say there's a white hole at the center of the Earth), thus creating valleys and other places the water could go. This is also when aquatic life began to move onto land, because maybe the sudden holes in which water fell were lava-filled and made the water too hot for them.
That white hole bit would explain the Earth growing bigger, and explain why the ozone is thinning, yet a problem arises.
If all of this solar system's planets are really experiencing global warming, then they all must have white holes. Or Earth is getting a double dosage of ozone thinner. Or the Earth growing bigger theory is just dumb.
We may never be certain. |

Oddly enough this guys voice sounds very much like Carl Sagan. Anyways, all this guy did was take scientific theories and paste some absolutely ludicrous ideas into it. He didn't even mention subduction zones, all he did was talk about sea floor spreading. There was absolutely no explanation of Earthquakes or volcanic activity or mountain forming and why they exist. In his movies about the spreading apart of Anarctica did you notice that his illustrations suddenly dematerialized to shape exactly the shape he wanted?
The part about the growing Earth and relating it to the other planets I have one question. Why is earth the only major planet to have plates? If every planet is growing and there is a hard crust on every planet why isn't it cracking and offering new land in it's wake? If the theory is that the rocks that make up the crust spontaneously split to produce new rock cells why have we not been able to reproduce this effect in the laboratory?
