| I watched a Rome War Machine special on the History Channel few days ago. It was pretty cool. Rome built these HUGE machines it kinda looked like a moving hotel actualy but only it was used to move on wheels and siege cities. I forget the name and the builder though. |

I think I have read about those. The closest modern equivilent would probably be something like a tank. I would like, however, to see something similar to it in the near future. I think soldiers would love to sleep in a hotel at night and seige a city in the day. _________________ Noodles happen when you kiss a stranger in the alps. |

| Look up 'Roman Siege Engine', I think that's what you are talking about. |

"Seige Tower". Built for sending infantry overwalls negating the need to build dirt ramps, destroy the gate, or make any other entrace. These make their own where they need to. A nifty weapon to speed up a seige.
