Hi Everybody,

I am having a difficult time trying to grasp the maximum amount of knowledge on how we measure the dead and live loads coming on the columns bases/columns/beam and suspended slab of any building. How can we say that such and such column is supporting such and such weight?

Thank you. A swift reply will be very welcome.

Nicolas.
